Mixed Blessings
Well I gave my 30 day notice with my landlord tonight. It went well. He offered to have me make a reduced rate offer and he would see if he would agree to it. I was touched by the generous offer. On the other hand I wish things were just simple and I could just say what I want and not have to think about anything else. I don't have to think about the offer if I don't want to, but I always like to look at all my options.

Best to keep all the options open, but don't go back and forth too long, just drives you crazy.
